I am taking sgot as 1500 and 'sgpt' as 3900 with near normal alk phos. It is serious and hepatocellular disease is likely. U did not mention bilirubin and albumin.

It is due to Viral hepatitis. you have not told about your symptoms means what are your suffering. If you provide your suffering also then we will able to help you. on bases of reports only we guide on limited bases only. Please take complete bed rest. take Liv-52 tab. three times day.
