Hi, your condition seems like it is OSMF. Dont worry it can be cured but you have to cooperate and have to take proper treatment and followups.

As ur symptoms it’s OSMF .. it’s a precancerous condition
OSMF is a potentially malignant disease predominantly. Only surgical or pharmacological mean of treatment is not sufficient. Long terms follow-up and patient co-operation are equally important in the management of OSMF.

Visit near by any dental college or mds in oral medicine , pathology or a surgeon
you need to undergo treatment wherein injections will be give in your cheek weekly or every fifteen days, mostly they contain steroids . i cant mention names here. secondly you need to take some tablets also . lastly you should stop the habbit immediately. it may take some time but your mouth opening will improve gradually.

Reading your description it looks like it is sub mucous fibrosis, u need to visit MDS, oral pathologist. if the situation is just the start then it can be cured with injections, or else u will need a major sugery. and def get rid of this habit first.
Firstly break your habit.
Visit MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon or MDS pathologist or MDS oral medicine and radiology.
You will need injections and maybe surgery also.
