Hi ..This is a progressive situation where we need to maintain the hygiene with betadine gargle and lukewarm saline rinses..according to the mouth opening the fillings will be done. .and oral hygiene instructions will be given to maintain the same. .kindly visit the dentist for a detailed physical examination. .and investigation. .

Hi as she is sufferin from a progressive disease already it must have been difficult to maintain her oral health..need to review the case clinicaly that hown many and upto what extent teeth are effected ..teeth not involving dental nerve tissue can be treated with fillings ...and teeth requiring local anesthesia wil be treated witb alternate anesthetic techniques..best advise can only be given after riveiwing clinicaly best of luck take care
