Leucocytes esterase positive report means that there are leucocytes in the urine. Leucocytes signify precursor of pus cells. So a positive leucocytes esterase positive response means that the person has Urinary tract infection.
High ESR, again a nonspecific indication of infection.
pH value of 8 shows urine is alkaline , an indication that there is infection . Normally it is acidic.
So you need Urine culture test and treatment for urinary infection as suggested by the urine culture report.
