Leukemias and Multiple myeloma
My CBC Shows eosinophil 1100. 3.7×10^6/ul RBC. Platelets 160×10^3/ul. Hemoglobin is 14. HCT is 40% . MCV is 107.2 fl(normal 78-95) and MPV is 13 fl(normal7-11). Blood peripheral says:- RBC morphology - Macrocytosis and anaemia. WBC morphology - Eosinophilia. PLT morphology - Giant platelets. Is this worrysome report? Plz help. thank you. And Eosinophilia was caused by drug allergy to sulfa antibiotic.

Likely vitamin B12 and Folic acid deficiency..
