Letrozole Medication
I am taking letrozole 2.5 mg 2 times a day for 5 day (from day 2 to day 6 of menstruation). Last month naturally I had ovulated late on day 20 confirmed by follicular monitoring. This is the first month I am taking fertility medicine. Can Letrozole ovulate multiple eggs? On which day I can expect the ovulation in this cycle?

Letroze can stimulate growth of 2-3 eggs simultaneously. Not necessarily all result in multiple pregnancies.
Expected date of ovulation will be given by serial follicular scans as your natural cycle tends to be late. They might also advice to give a trigger injection to cause a timed rupture or ovulation.
