Lethargic and drained
Sir/ma'am I have kidney stones for around a month now. It's been paining now. Also, I am feeling too lethargic and tired all the time. Super sleepy and not able to focus. I get headaches like everyday, specifically in the forehead and eye region. I am drained most of the time of energy even after proper healthy meal and good exercise.
