Let toe nail broke
I hit my toe nail accidently today and there was blood, at that moment I pressed the area tightly and applied bandaid over it. When I visited nearby clinic for proper dressing, the blood was stuck inside my nail. They carefully applied antiseptic over it and cleaned it, then after applying betadine they did the proper dressing.
I'm not sure that my half nail broke or full. It pains a little and feels heavy over that nail.
Should I get a tetnus shot or not? What should be the next steps. Please tell.

If you haven't taken tetnus shot in last 5 years you can take it now.
