I do not wish to speak to any psychologist or psychiatrist. If let's say I am having a lot of thoughts occupied in my head but I cannot figure out what it is,are there any way to sort of clear them from my head as I am not able to focus in school and i am having my major exams in October.I cannot concentrate and focus, when there are problems,I will tend to hide them behind a smile in front of my friends,Teachers and family.Does keeping a personal journal useful? If let's say I don't want to speak to anyone about my personal problem. What are the other alternatives that I can do I stead?

Dear! It's like someone is thrown in a middle or sea and he or she is not wanting to get onto any support from ship (even though it's available). Not sharing your problems with anyone will push you more and more towards negativity and eventually it might be a disaster in waiting. You may not wish to seek any professional help. But it's always a good decision to talk to your trusted friend or any family member. It will help you vent out and most importantly give you another perspective on your issues.

When there are too many thoughts going around in your head , it is very difficult to think clearly, let alone study. And when these thoughts are emotional thoughts , it becomes more difficult to put them aside. That is why it is recommended to talk to someone ,if not a professional, maybe a good friend or someone close to you. This will help you vent out the thoughts and confusions, leading to developing solutions or ways to cope with the issues.   Why we recommend talking to a professional is that, when u talk to a friend or someone close ,their personal opinions will be involved. And you also might not be able to open up completely. This is not the case with a psychologist.
Next Steps
writing a diary is good way of loading off your thoughts into a book, but it still does not help you find solutions. I suggest talking to a psychologist, maybe once or twice would be enough. You can consult with me here if you want.
