I've always felt that my left ear is the dominant one and I hear lesser with my right ear. I tend to use the phone also always with my left ear. It is not that I can't hear my my right ear but it's significantly lower than the left. What could be the possible reasons for the same? Is it some serious problem?

Hi,
Lets focus on common causes of reduced hearing first, in your case could be ear wax. So a complete evaluation of ear with an endoscope is important and then we can come up with options for you to hear better

Need to think of a lot of things. Starting from something as simple as wax. U haven't told the exact duration. Ideally u need an ear examination and hearing tests.
