My Baby is 3.5 months old. He is peeing 6 to 7 times but less quantity and yellowish color also in whole night 9pm to 6am he is not doing pee. Is this fine or is this dehydration?

Baby should pass minimum 6 times urine in 24 hrs .. it’s not a dehydration..Ensure proper 2 hrly & on demand feeding.
