You should first eat according to your body requirements instead of going for muscular body. If you will eat well., your energy levels will boost up. You will not feel weak. Few guidelines for your appetite: 1.add more of  nutrient rich foods 2.make food appealing with healthy ingredients. 3. Eat smaller meals. 4.go for home cooked meals. 5.avoid processed beverages.
