Lemon juice side effect on face

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi! I had 2-4 pimples and last night I applied lemon juice over my face. So they got burnt and I have redness over my face and skin got burnt with swelling. I have been applying aloe Vera gel, rose water and ice. No significant change till now. What should I do? I have my engagement in 4 days.
