Skin reaction after applying lemon.

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi, Three days back I had applied lemon juice on my face at night and I washed it immediately after 2-3 min when I experienced burning sensation. The burnt spots got dried and noticed the new skin. But some places I see slightly red patch.with a bit of ittitation. I haven't stepped out in the sun even since I applied the juice. Am worried if the red area turn bad... Could you please tell me if it will hae adverse reaction further or it will go away ??
