Rinse hair with lemon water
Hi Doctor, Can I rinse my hair daily with half a lemon mixed in a mug of water daily? Please let me know if it makes my hair smooth and dandruff free and there is no harm in using lemon on hair daily. Also, can I shampoo alternate days and rinse my hair with lemon water when not shampooing?

Adding lime to your hair will not make your hair smooth and dandruff free...For dandruff you have to use anti dandruff shampoos or lotions. For smooth hair, you can try frizz control products and hair serum...
