Lemon consumption- direct or with water?
Would there be any difference if i eat away lemon directly instead with water (as lemon juice) ? Which option is better? Also if lemon is taken with water, is warm water going to benefit more as compared to cold water?

It depends on reason for which you are taking the lemon. If it is advised to be taken with water then it should be always luke warm water.
