After little exercise or a long quick walk, my legs gets hurt, feels pain, fatigue, burning and pain, please suggest a way to fix it. Is it related to less hemoglobin for which I'm taking heam up syrup. What should I do, can't do regular exercise or long walk, I will have to take rest for 2-3 days after that.
