Depression is killing. Don't know how I got this problem, unknowingly my mind keeps on thinking and due to which my body is not gaining fat. I joined gym but to no use, eat lots of food but never got body mass but my tension making me very thin. I was weighing 96 kilos in 2010 now just 73. My legs are very thin, even after lots of exercise never gained mass in my legs due to which I am looking very thin.

For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism.
Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.
Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
Add plenty of water.
Add good fat and nuts in ur diet.

It's my observation that, you should share some of your further detas like height , food pattern & existing tensions etc.
1. Join yoga or gym for diversion from your existing engagement & tensions.
2. Share your sorrow & happiness with your friends or even with chaiwala to release your suffocations.
3. Eat lots of water 3-4 ltrs a day.
4. Eat plenty of fruits 3types of fruits daily.
5. Take some green tea & quality walk in early morning or evening.
6. Take curd, leafy vegetables & milk in daily diet.
7. If you can, measure your vitamin D3 level & sodium-potassium level in blood, along with blood Urea levels.
You will be fit within 2months.
