7 weeks ago while doing deadlifts in gym felt pain in lower back and after 10-11 days i have started feeling sensation in both feet and slight pain in calfs.
Now leg pain has increased and sensation is also there, if i walk for 1 km then pain starts to come in legs and sitting for 20 mins is fine but beyond that my back starts to get tired and painful.
I have done physiotherapy for 2 weeks but saw no improvement
Medicines taken:
I took Nucoxia MR for 7 days in the 3rd week and took
b12 supplement as well.
Now i am also taking vitamin d3 once a week 60k IUs as my vit d level came 10.75
Exercises:
i am doing glutes bridge, lying in extension, bird dog.
I wanted to ask what else i can do as its been like more than 45 days and still no improvement some days are good also but some days back pain and leg pain gets worse as well.
