Leg Wounds
Hello,
Recently, I had an accident two days ago while riding a bicycle on the cycling track in a park.
I hurt my right leg in the accident and there was a red wound immediately. When I reached home I washed and applied savlon on the wound and left it like that. I have been applying it since the past two days but today I noticed that the red area around the wound has increased and it hurts quite more. Please let me know if it is infected and how I should proceed. Should I get a tetanus shot?

P.s. tetanus is not for infection, its for prevention of tetanus.
It can be just bruise, which doesnt require any treatment
