Leg wounded but not healing
I felled down from my scooter and my leg is wounded . It has been 8 days after accident i used betadine cream for cure but there is no use and i consulted a doctor who told me to take TT twice a day but there is no use . Can i use mega heal cream for treatment or should i use any other medicines or creams and i also have sugar iam using germer 1 for the treatment for sugar . The doctor told me that the wound is not healing bcz i have sugar what should i do ??

Stop treating out yourself. Don't worry about money. If that's the case go visit a general surgeon or an orthopaedic at a government hospital.
This wound can worsen quickly and it could also lead to a disastrous consequence which is gangrene requiring amputation!
No one wants that so stop wasting time on creams.
Get yourself proper antibiotics and blood sugar control which can only happen at proper hospitals.
