Leg thumb nail pain

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I slipped on stairs and there is little bleeding in leg thumb nail causing pain in nail, can't able to wear shoes, nail has been pulled very little, I m using only betadine ointment with bandage, should I take antibiotics for this, if yes then please suggest, 3 days have passed
