A few more details required. Sometimes it just happens due to the cold climate, soemtimes excessive writing practices, sometimes due to few bad habits like scrolling and typing much more than required, in these cases you have to avoid such bad practices, or take short breaks if required in between the job. Apply some volini gel and the pain will be taken care of. But sometimes it can be associated with underlying disease, evaluation is a need in such cases. Kindly take consultation if it is getting worse.
