Leg swelling at 19 weeks pregnant
I'm 19 weeks pregnant , my legs are swelling at both feet. Is it normal ? This is my first pregnancy.

It is not normal. It seems that either you haven't got yourself registered with a Gynecologist so far or you have not been attending the Antenatal clinic regularly.  Please consult a Gynecologist in your area for a physical examination.  We should not get into lethargy mode just because tele-consultation facilities are available.

The reasons fr leg swelling can be Low hb High bp Protein deficient diet U can get ur Hemoglobin n blood pressure checked Hv a good protein rich diet Limb elevation may help As it could be due to pressure symptom of pregnancy

Swelling  of feet won't  come that early.You need to  be checked. Visit  your  doctor  for  BP check, Haemoglobin, Serum Proteins.

iit may be due to high bp,low protein intake and anemia..get it checked
