I had a minescal tear March 2017 that was operated and then it took about 4 months to get back to playing soccer again. I also underwent leg strengthening with the help of a professional trainer for a month. I could play soccer again but now I am playing at intensive level and the pain has reappeared. I also feel that my both legs need strengthening but one feels definitely weaker than other.
Need advise and help from someone who has really handled such injuries and full rehabilitation after that.
