Leg stinging pain
I met with an accident 3 years ago my right leg was badly wounded and was operated i have deep scars from knee to foot. i underwent skin grafting for that now a month ago i drank a lot of alcohol continuously for a week after that i started to get a stinging pain in the accident leg and the pain went away after a few days and now whenever i inhale passive smoke or some kind of smoke comming from burning anything my leg immediately starts to hurt again it's a sort of stinging pain and after about 1 day the pain goes away and again when i inhale a bit of smoke accidentally it starts to hurt please help me i am worried that it might be gangrene

did u take the proper medicines after accident. is there any swelling ? have you got any tests done so far ? need an extended chat with you to find out what exactly could be the problem . also you might need to get few tests done
