there could be few possibilities..
1) check for your vit B12 and calcium level.. deficiency of these may lead to neural irritation and frequent muscle cramps.
2) chances of neuropathy (there can be muscle weakness and vascular compromise) which menifest such symptoms
3) dehydration (improve your water intake if it is not adequate)
