I am lactating mother.my baby is 1 year 9 month old .some time I have cramp in my leg.it comes and go .coz of this pain sometime I feel wel ness in my leg is it something serious.I am worried.not taking calcim medicine.sometimes pain innright leg sometime left .y it happens

These cramps may be due to electrolyte disturbances or deficiency of calcium as you are a lactating mother. Drink plenty of fluids. Take proper diet. Take calcium supplements only after consulting a doctor as you are lactating.
