Leg pain after sleeping in midnight

Dear Sir, My grandfather is suffering from leg pain after sleeping at midnight after 2 hours of sleep. Leg pains are beyond control. He has gone through eyelid surgery on 16th april2016. He is taking glimy M1, lipicure 10, amixide, alzolum, embeta xr 25, trimacsurt, ecosprin 150 and rentac 150. Kindly suggest some medicine. He is also taking Lumia 60k once a week and NE400 daily one cap. Kindly
