Leg pain after Running
Hey Doc, I go for jogging say about 5-6 KMS at a time. When I do it for 2-3 days and take a break of 3 days, I am absolutely fine. But when I go for 4-5 days continuously I can feel pain in my lower legs, i.e. the area between knee and ankle. Calfs are fine, no prb with them. Pls suggest wht could b the reason behind.

Hello there...I can understand your concern and. How long have you been on this excersise schedule? If it is only recently, then it is normal to have gain. Because your body needs enough rest to remove the accumulated lactic acid while excersising. But if you had been doing it since long time and only recently noticing the pain, then you will have to be examined once to look for any muscle strain, ligament sprain. Consult a orthopedic for further evaluation.
