Leg pain may occur due to hypocalcemia and muscle cramps.. Since you are feeding, heavy medicines cant be given.
Next Steps
You can take Tab. Paracetamol for pain, start with hot fomentation,  apply local ointment for pain.. Calcium supplement can be continued

Ankle movement exercises can be done..
