Sir, my legs and hands (turn wise) pains a lot without any reason. It pains so much that if I tie dupatta I get little relieved. Next day I am normal. But now the pain stays, I get relaxed if I tie dupatta around my legs during night or sometimes when my 10 yr old daughter jumps & sits on my legs. But the pain is still there. Please advise me.

In all probability you are having calf muscle tightness and you will have to identify the risk factors for the same. Meanwhile you can undertake calf stretching exercises and try wearing wedges while standing and walking.
