  4. Left upper throat pain. Is it dangerous?

Good morning doctor. I have burning and pain on my left upper throat. Right below my jaw. These symptoms happen when I have gas and after eating food. After 1 hour the pain and burning sensation reduces. Sometimes I feel my food getting stuck . Is it dangerous ?
