Recently i donno what happened but all of sudden due to tight jeans my left testicle took a higher position n it is upward n little anterior in scrotal sac n now also it continues the same no h/o acute pain,swelling,n my day to day activities r normal Suggest me what to do as I'm worried of sac

It may have happened that due to abnormal pressure on testis when you were wearing tge jeans, it has become lopsided due to change in its axis.

visit a surgeon and get evaluated. if its simple it will be corrected by some manipulations.
