Left side throat and ear pain

Asked for Male, 48 Years

I am suffering with throat infection with regular intervals. There is irritation and also pain in left ear, and tongue .Done MRI,Sonography ,X Ray nothing irregular. Please suggest reason and test to diagnose the problem. Local Doctors unable to diagnose.
