Left side pain
I am a patient of endometriotic cyst since 2020 and that time cyst size was LO cyst size: 6.5*5.7 CM and RO cyst size 3.6*2.8 CM . For last 3 years I am taking dienogest 2mg and usg report: LO cyst size almost 1.5 CM and RO appears normal and all others organ normal. Now last one year also I'm on treatment of anxiety and that time ECG was normal. 2 months ago Dr.  told me your anxiety related symptom recovered and stop the medicine. After stop anxiety medicine, last 2 months suffering from left chest, left hand, left ear, left jaw pain that comes and go everyday for some times whether taking rest or work. My today bp is 119/85 and 118/83 and pulse rate 99, 96 for both hands. Is this pain heart related?
