I think I die with heart attack last 1.5 years.i has a left side chest and shoulder pain jaw pain chin pain some time sleepiness and some time I feel fain are shaking leg felling vomiting and in think what can I do can I die today from heart attack??????????????????????????????????????????????? help me Help Help Help
