Left shoulder pain numbness in left hand
I am having shoulder pain in my left hand sometimes it may high pain sometimes less I have done Mri of cervical spinal but there is no serious problem found dr says you have shoulder arithritis he prescribed me gabapentin bd medrol 16 mg od aciloc bd nucoxia me od for 10 days when I take medicine I fell better In march 20 I have consult a cardiologist be cause somebody says that this numbness is due to cardiac problem dr suggest for ecg , ecg report is correct I have feel another problem some time my heart beat is very fast and I have feel that there is problem in breathing the I told dr about this he says that this is ok but if have any doubts we done echo I says you do that in echo there is no problem My BP is little bit high 85-130 then dr prescribe me nebistar 2.5 What I do ? I didn't understand that what is the problem? Please help me I am very sad about this. Mri report is attached . Some test report is also attached Please suggest the right what i do?

Left shoulder and arm pain could be a combination of spondylotic radiculopathy with or without shoulder joint issues. Palpitation you experience, with a normal cardiac checkup means that you have an element of anxiety. Since mri spine shows only mild spondylosis you dont have to worry. You may take a few medicines as per neurologists advice and do physiotherapy. Maintain exercises of 30 minute duration daily Always maintain good neck posture, do not lift weights, do not sleep in sitting posture in sofas etc
