Left shoulder is little higher than right one and left leg is a little more outward than right one . When doing gym left shoulder have less strength . Also suffering from little anterior pelvic tilt .i use to play sports 3-4 years ago . I was jumping in badminton and my right side back became sore and next day I played basketball in school in morning and I was
tilting downward like when we stretch the back . It was a sudden movement (it was in during I was playing)never use to stretch in those days . So I felt like my right side got cracked and my breathe stopped for a second. I left the ball there and went to bench . It was even hard for me to walk . I touched my right lower and left lower back .felt like right side has gone somehow inward in back . Ater that got MRI after 2 years came l4-l5disc bulge somting like that . But now it's okay . But when I do exercises in gym people say ur left shoulder higher thn other and cant feel left side chest when bench press. tell about situation

It looks like that u r having compensate scoliotic tilt of your spine . And if u have this and your MRI shows disc prolapse then u might require surgical intervention . Need to check uer MRI film and spine X ray (standing view)
