  4. Left scrotum pain. Problem and solution.

Left scrotum pain
I have left scrotum pain since last 3 month. All reports are negative. Like blood test, urine test, sonography, MRI of spine and scrotum, semen test . Nothing to found. No swelling only continues pain. Physical examination by doctor even not found anything. Can suggest what is the problem and solution. Thanks
