Left Ovary is absent
From last four months we observed in ultrasound that the egg was released from right ovary. After DHL laproscopy, we found there is no ovary at left side. Is there any problem if some one having ovary at one side

It’s a congenital anomaly ( birth defect). It could be associated with anomalies in other organs like kidneys and ureter. Get ultrasound abdomen with pelvis to rule it out. You can get pregnant with one ovary.
