I was diagnosed of left ovarian cyst and I tested positive to pregnancy blood test but I had severe cramping and bleeding for 3days 4days to my monthly period,, m i pregnant or tested positive because of the ovarian cyst

Your question is very confusing with many possible diagnosis. It can be a abortion with corpus luteal cyst, ir can be complex ovarian cyst or it can be an ectopic pregnancy. Will advice u to consult Gynaecologist
