Left open root canal upper jaw tooth
My right side upper jaw tooth has been left open from the past 5 years of root canal treatment I want to know whether the infection  if any would reach further and affect adversely. What treatment is advised? And presently I dont have any pain as I wont chew that side or the usage of the right side is very less

Reinfection does occur in a tooth which has been left open after root canal even though you may not have any pain. Get a retreatment done and a cap put on that tooth.
