Left neck and shoulder pa
Iam getting left neck and left shoulder pain what would be the reason iam only 26 years I visited doctor he said go and make chest x-ray I did it he said u doesnt have any issue with heart are lungs he had given me some medicine I have used it but still iam getting the pain

Oh dear for this we need to take a detailed History and Examine you.. Well first we need to know whether the pain is on movement of joint or at rest also..if on movement then it may be localised problem.. if at rest then the causes could be many right from Heart, Lung, Hyperacidity, Vitamin D or B12deficiency, Calcium deficiency, spondylitis and many more..
