Madam, it's sad to know about your problem in so early age. You have not provided any details regarding past history (like trauma), associated history (like arthritis or any other medical condition). However, the problems you mentioned, usually come up due to arthritic changes in the knee joint. Pain along calf muscles can also be due to electrolyte imbalance, deep vein thrombosis, fatigue or trauma. You should see an orthopedic to rule out the conditions.
