Left knee severe pain
I had hairline fracture 6 yrs back ..since then my knee troubles me in intervals. since last 15 days ,its paining a lot

At time avoid all exercise firstly. Do physiotherapy treatment for pain relief b'coz it weight bearing joint .so avoid long standing and cross legs . After relief start strength exercise of knee like quadriceps exercise

Hi!! Fractures if healed properly and muscles around strengthened than it should not trouble for years..It would b better if u go to Physio clinic and get it checked n also need to find out the cause of aggrevation in last 15 days..there has to b some trauma..or particular moment or action because of which it is aggravated..If we get through this than treatment and long term prognosis will b much beneficial..tc.

  Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Use cryotherapy. Keep that part stabilize by any support. Walk with weight on both ll equally. Do your all adl independently. Come to consulting to my clinic. Take care
