When I sit with my legs half folded or fully folded, whenever i stand up, I couldn't straighten my legs properly and experience a sharp pain in my left knee for some time and not able to walk. Even i can't fold my left leg properly because of the pain.

It could be because of your knee cap bone problem.
Take some anti inflammatory medications
Do Quadriceps strengthening exercises
Heating pads twice daily
Avoid sitting cross legged
