I have pain in my knee since 3 day . I do running daily but after doing running My left knee pain stated and it become more painful when i stop running .. Further after an hour my left knee pain goes in decreases an with in 2 hour pain gone. Again next day after my running of 2km my knee pain started and get vanished with in 2 hour after my running. Plzz suggest me .. This only happen in my left knee.
