My patella operation at 25/01/2017 from this date after 1year will be remove pin wire and plate my problem is i want running in field as soon as how much it's time to take for running

Hi .... Before entering into the Sports activities... You must consult A physiotherapist, that whether Are you fit for sports activities or need further special programs to train you... Thanks
