Left Ear discharge and pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

There is pain and discharge from the left ear. Both the eardrum has a hole in the eardrums. The nasal bone is deviated toward right side. Can this problem be treated by ayurvedic treatment or homeopathic treatment?
